Position Summary
As a Senior System Engineer, you will be heavily engaged in the design, builds, and implementations of technology solutions in a very collaborative environment. The Cloud Services team is sharply focused on supporting the company through the delivery of innovative cloud hosting, primarily leveraging services from Azure and AWS.
A Day in the Life

• Requires 5 or more years of overall IT experience.
• Requires 3 or more years of experience with Cloud (Azure experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Windows administration with server 2016 and 2019
• Comprehensive understanding of VMware and its functionalities
• Windows server patch management (WSUS, AWS Patch Manager, Azure Update Manager)
• Sound knowledge of IIS, SQL server’s configuration and maintenance.
• Active Directory setup and management (Windows, AWS, Azure)
• Intermediate Scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Python, Yaml)
• Advanced understanding of Windows operating systems and its functionality.
• ITIL (foundational level, but exposure to more detail than foundational is often necessary)
• Deploy various infrastructure monitoring solutions including CloudWatch, New Relic,
Grafana, Azure Monitor.
• Monitor and respond to critical alerts to ensure stable production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
