Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

We are looking for talented Development Manager to work within our Client Services team, ensuring that we deliver software that meets the business requirements of our customers and vision of our organization. This position will be in our Pune Office for US time shift. 

 

A day in the life-

 

  • Candidate should be able to add value in all stages of project work (Design, development, testing and deployment).  
  • The candidate should exhibit self-sufficiency, high level of motivation, and the ability to quickly and thoroughly learn new and complex technologies 
  • Ability to work with very little direction. 
  • Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.   
  • Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.   
  • Keeps Client/Program manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development team and clients.   
  • Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.   
  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.   
  • Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.   
  • Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.   
  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.   
  • Mentor the Technical leads and provide technical guidance to them and try to increase and maintain the quality of the project deliverables.  
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Actively participates in encouraging the team members, build a bond and always keep their morale high.   
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well organised presentations.   
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.   
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.   

 

 

We would love to chat if you have...

    • B. Tech./BE in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputed University.  
    • 10+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably with product companies. 
    • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies  
    • Should have good understanding of JIRA operations. Person should be able to pull any report from JIRA with ease.  
    • Should be good Leader who continues to grow the teams and invests in building career path for his team members. Involved in hiring right talent.   
    • He/she should be good at Time Management, Resource management and Conflict Management  
    • Experience in building Salesforce Applications including APEX and Visual force. 
    • Experience in evaluating business requirements and turning them into technical designs. 
    • Experience building integrations with Salesforce. 
    • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Health Cloud, and AppExchange solutions 
    • Hands on experience on HTML, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery etc.  
    • Strong design, coding and debugging skills.  
    • Should be able to estimate implementation efforts for small to mid-size projects and plan development tasks  
    • Should be able to interact with clients and meet expectations regarding development efforts.   
    • Nice to have – Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, Developer, or Architect Certifications. 
    • Added Advantage if have Consulting Experience. 
    • Willingness to work in US time Shift - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Remotely)
