Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

A solid customer focus, effective communication and commitment to service is critical to this role as the Implementation Specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Implementation process. The Implementation Specialist is highly empathetic to each customer’s unique needs and will possess the strong analytical skills needed to map customer requirements to the YM solutions. Responsibilities include completing the initial customer assessment, analyzing the customer’s current business processes and legacy systems, defining new business processes that leverage YM’s solutions, and completing the implementation process. This position will be remote and in US time shift (4.30pm to 1.30am IST), managed from our Pune Office.

      • Conduct YourMembership product implementations while adhering to project timelines and directing customers to completion of defined milestones 
      • Gather and document customer business requirements using an assessment document and providing a configuration plan to configuration specialists on the team 
      • Consistently acquire continued knowledge of YourMembership products to provide recommendations after analyzing client needs 
      • Schedule and lead regular instructional product walkthroughs with the customer to guide configuration and adoption of the application 
      • Support the product development team with product enhancements, bugs, and use-case scenarios 
      • Proactively solve problems, challenge the status quo, and generate new ideas 
      • Work with other departments within YourMembership to actively own and resolve customer issues 

      Job Requirements: 

      • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree.  
      • Having 3+ years of experience working with customers implementing business systems is a plus 
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to “listen” and identify client needs 
      • Strong relationship building skills 
      • Must be a self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment 
      • Proven propensity to learn new technologies quickly 
      • Experience with CRM software systems, web content management systems, membership management systems or other association software tools 
      • Technical skill set should include working knowledge of MS Word, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Excel, DNS, HTML, XML and browser technologies 
      • Willingness to work in US time Shift.
