Responsibilities & Qualifications

A Day in the Life

 

We are looking for talented Project Coordinator to work within the Client Services team, ensuring that we deliver software that meets the business requirements of our customers and vision of our organization. This position will be in our Pune Office for US time shift.  

 

In this role candidate will

 

GENERAL FUNCTION: Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.  

 

  • Working with and fielding calls from customers daily with changes and enhancements to their custom reports and forms  
  • Thoroughly tests all completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and internal quality standards  
  • Document specifications for new reports and forms  
  • Organize and assist in assigning project delivery date  
  • Communicate with customers on estimated delivery for any custom work and changes  
  • Proactively contacting customers for annual updates to forms and reports  
  • Maintain an archive of specifications and completed work  
  • Responsible for quoting custom work and submitted completed quotations to Accounting for billing  
  • Scheduling of customization and enhancement work  
  • Keep customer and management well informed .

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree.  
  • 2-5 years of related experience  
  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook  
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills  
  • Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation  
  • Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary  
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment  
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision  
  • Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills  
  • Willingness to work in US time Shift of 4:30pm to 1:30am remotely
