Position Summary
• Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via product ticket system.
• Work with customers to identify and replicate errors and defects through a variety of
communications means to ensure resolution.
• Work Individually or Collaborate with team members to provide resolutions.
• Provide customer feedback to support management through regular team meetings to
ensure management keeps a pulse on customer needs and attitudes for decision
making purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service through a friendly yet empathetic tone, proactive
and timely responses to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

We are looking for talented Salesforce Developer to work within the support team, ensuring
that we deliver well tested software that meets the business requirements of our organization
and its customers. This position will be in our Pune Office.

• Knowledge in Salesforce.com/ Force.com platform
• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience. Understanding of Salesforce.com platform w.r.t
Platform administration, Data Management, Integration, Security and Deployment,
automations.
• Good Analytical skills and issue debugging (troubleshooting skills).
• Proficient in Salesforce user setup, permissions, role hierarchy, profile management,
and user creation, reports and Dashboard management, Data load
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, ensuring the
platforms effective use.
• Have knowledge in Creating Roles, Profiles, Page Layouts, Workflow rules, and
Approval Processes.
• Conforming to Software Development Life Cycle processes and Force.com
configuration best practices during implementation
• Good Communication skills - Verbal and Written. Must be able to effectively
communicate & work with fellow team members and Clients to coordinate & meet
deliverable.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or relevant Engineering degree.
• Certifications: Nice to have Salesforce.com Admin Certified and App Builder
Certified.
• Experience in Customer Support activities – Added Advantage
• Willingness to work in US time Shift
